Anyone 18 or older can register on LaraNida.

• Fans (viewing content): Only email verification is required.
• Content Creators (earning money): Must complete identity verification.

❓ What’s the Difference Between a Content Creator and a Fan?

All users start as fans.

• Fans: View content without needing identity verification.
• Content Creators: Share content and withdraw earnings after identity verification.

❓ What Types of Content Are Allowed?

LaraNida permits a wide range of legal content, including:

• Adult content
• Artistic works
• Educational content
• Music, lifestyle, sports, etc.

Prohibited Content:

• Child abuse content
• Content harming animals
• Hate speech, violence, or threats
• Illegal activities

If detected, LaraNida may remove such content and close accounts.

❓ Can AI-Generated Content Be Shared?

Yes, AI-generated images, videos, or text can be shared on LaraNida, but:

• If it imitates a real person, this must be clearly stated.
• AI content must not be misused (e.g., for deception or impersonation).
• Labeling AI content is recommended but not mandatory.
• Content violating copyright or personal rights may be removed, and accounts restricted.

LaraNida may add an “AI” label to such content if needed.

How do I sign up?
Create a free account with your email. After signing up, complete these steps:

• Email verification
• Enter date of birth
• Upload valid ID
• Upload a selfie

Do fans need to verify their identity?
No, fans don’t need verification to view content. However, to withdraw funds, fans must become content creators and complete verification.

What happens if I delete my account?
After requesting deletion, you have 180 days to reactivate your account. After this, the account is permanently deleted. Content may be stored securely for up to 365 days. Contact support to cancel deletion within this period.

How can I add funds?
Fans can top up their balance using:

• Stripe
• PayPal
• Coinbase (Crypto)
• NowPayments (Crypto)
• Bank transfer

How can I withdraw funds?
Balances over 20 USD can be withdrawn, processed within 1-15 business days. Methods include:

• PayPal
• Bank transfer (SEPA, ACH, SWIFT)
• Bitcoin (BTC)
• USDC/USDT (BSC, POL, SOL, TON)
• BNB (BSC)

Are there withdrawal fees?
Yes, a 10% transaction fee applies to all withdrawals, regardless of the source (subscriptions, donations, or top-ups).

Can fans withdraw funds?
No, only verified content creators can withdraw funds. Fans must become creators and verify their identity to withdraw.

Are refunds possible?
No, payments are non-refundable, but balances can be withdrawn under the above conditions.

Can I transfer balance to other users?
Yes, only to content creators via the donation feature. Fan-to-fan transfers are not allowed.

What content can be shared?
Users can share legal content, including adult content, that complies with community guidelines. Content involving violence, hate speech, or child abuse is prohibited.

Is AI content allowed?
Yes, if not misused. LaraNida may label such content as “AI” if necessary.

Can viewers share content?
Yes, for non-commercial purposes and with clear reference to the creator’s profile. Bulk sharing is considered a commercial violation and may lead to legal action.

Who monitors copyright violations?
LaraNida doesn’t actively monitor but removes content upon valid proof from rights holders.

How is user data stored?

🧾 Tax Responsibility

Do I need to pay taxes on earnings?
Yes, tax obligations depend on your country. For example, if funds are sent to a French bank account, you must declare and pay taxes in France.

⚠️ Disputes and Chargeback Process

What happens if a creator is fraudulent?
If a payment dispute arises from a creator’s actions, their account is suspended for 15 days. LaraNida deducts losses from the creator’s wallet; if insufficient, the account remains closed until covered.

Are there chargeback fees?
Yes, Stripe/PayPal chargebacks incur a 50 USD fee plus the disputed amount, covering provider and legal costs.

What if I notify LaraNida before a dispute?
Notifying LaraNida first triggers a standard resolution process to minimize issues.

What happens to inactive accounts?
Accounts inactive for 180 days are closed. Remaining balances are pooled for disputes and site expenses and cannot be reclaimed.
